Group Rates

Wolf Ridge Slopes wants to provide the best winter retreat at the best group package rate. New this year is pricing for groups. We have provided discount group rates for 8-14 skiers/snowboarders and for 15 or more skiers/snowboarders. Please see the chart listed below for the price breaks.

Check out our: Extended Day (9am-10pm) and Consecutive Day (2 or more days in a row) packages are also available to groups at a discount rate. Please contact the Group Sales Office for these prices.

Presidents Day | February 18 - 21 (observed Friday 9:00am - Monday 4:30pm)
Christmas Eve | Open 9am - 4:30pm

Book your group early for MLK and Presidents Day (Reservations fill fast)

All groups must secure ski reservations with a deposit of $10 per person two weeks prior to arrival. Please return your deposit with the following group reservation form. If paying deposit by Credit Card, for your protection, we ask that you please contact the Group Sales office and provide this information via phone. (Please see Cancellation Policy)

Payment Policy:
Payments may be made with cash, certified check, organization check, travelers check, or approved credit card (MasterCard or Visa). Checks should be made payable to: Ski the Ridges.

Cancellation Policy:
We encourage groups to reserve the dates of their ski vacations early. A full refund will be issued if canceling five days prior to your ski date. Cancellations within the five days of the reserved date will result in a forfeit of the deposit amount.

Accommodations:
We have cabins slope side and slope access on top of the mountain as well as a list of area motel accommodations. We will be glad to assist you in finding one that suits the needs of your group. All reservations for Scenic Wolf Resort, slope side cabin rentals, should be made directly online at scenicwolfresort.com or by phone at 877-828-9653. Rental fees and charges for the cabins will be arranged and paid through Scenic Wolf Resort. Changes in group size and the number of rooms should be reported to your accommodation site two weeks prior to arrival so that you are not charged for the extra rooms.

Ski/Snowboard Rental Shop:
Our Rental Shop has all of the equipment you need for a great day of skiing and snowboarding. Wolf Ridge Slopes provides quality boots and shaped skis with easy to use bindings. Snowboards and boots are also available, along with ski bibs to help make your trip more enjoyable. We also have a good inventory of Helmets to rent which we highly recommend to all skiers/boarders. Our technicians are there every step of the way, whether you are a novice or skilled skier, to make your equipment just right for your comfort and skill level.

Please Note: Equipment is available on a first come first served basis. This year we will be asking all pre-registered groups to fill out and return the individual equipment rental forms 30 days prior to your arrival so we can have your necessary equipment reserved and waiting for you (download form here). If you are not pre-registered, we suggest that your group be in the rental line at 8:00am for the day session and 5:00pm for the night session.
